Please read them carefully before using our services.

​Services Offered.

Polanco's House Cleaning Services OC (Polancos House Services INC) provides Residential cleaning services across Orange County, California. Services include, but are not limited to, Deep Cleaning Service, Regular Cleaning Service, Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning Service, and customized cleaning plans.

Booking and Cancellations

 

• Scheduling: Appointments must be scheduled in advance with one of the staff members of Polanco's House Cleaning Services OC - Contact with them could be via our website (Forms or Chat), phone call, or text message (SMS). 

​

Exist two types of appointments (Pre-inspection and Service visit):

​

A) Inspection Appointment (first Inspection): One of the owners of Polancos House Services INC will visit the place to check its condition and provide a Quotation. If the prospect is interested in the proposal, must agree on place the day of the "Service Appointment" and pay its "Booking Fee" of $50 usd in the next 24-48 hours.

B) Service Appointment: Polanco's House Cleaning Services OC will attend with three to four crew cleaning members to the appointment according to the agreed during the "Inspection Appointment". The Customer must pay the difference of the Quotation at the end of the Service (instructions will be received from Polanco's staff members).

• To book a service, exist a Booking Fee of $50 usd. That amount must be paid to receive the "Service Appointment". Note: Previously the prospect will receive the "Inspection Appointment" to received a Quotation for the service.

• The difference of the Quotation vs the $50 usd Booking Fee must be paid at the end of the Service to one of the owners of Polancos House Services Inc via Venmo or Cash.

• We accept payments only via Venmo or Cash.

• Cancellations: The $50 usd Booking Fee is non refundable.

Satisfaction guarantee.

We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services. If you are not satisfied because an area was not properly cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours of your Service Appointment. We will return back to you to talk about the service.

​

We reserve the right to take action if the claim has no fundament or logic according to our Service description and place conditions or circumstances.

Clients are responsible for providing access to Polancos House Services INC staff in the property at the scheduled time.

​

No member of Polanco's House Cleaning Services OC can access to property without its owners authorization.

​

PETS.

​​

Please inform us ahead of time if pets are on the property. While we are pet-friendly, we ask that aggressive animals be secured for the safety of our staff.

​

limitations.

​

Polancos House Services INC, does not provide the cleaning service for: carpets/rugs or upholstery.

​

BREAKAGE AND DAMAGES.

​

Our staff is trained to handle your items with care. In the rare case of accidental damage:

​

• We will attempt to repair or replace the damaged item.

• Clients must report any damage within 24 hours of the cleaning.

lIABILITY.

​

We are not liable for:

​

• Pre-existing damages or conditions in the home

• Items not secured or stored properly

• Normal wear and tear that occurs during cleaning

​

SAFETY.

​

For the safety of our team, we do not:

​

• Move heavy furniture.

• Climb higher than a two-step ladder.

• Clean biohazards or mold.

• Clean up pet waste or infestations.

​

We reserve the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe or unsanitary beyond normal expectations.

PRIVACY POLICY.

We respect your privacy and protect all personal information provided to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect and use your information.

SERVICE CHANGES.

​

We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, policies, or terms at any time. This changes will be communicated via our staff at the moment to receive a Quotation request or contacting directly to our customer list.

Polancos House Services INC communicate with their prospects and customers via phone, chat, e-mail, text message (SMS). Their information is not shared with third parties or companies. Only the staff of Polancos House Services INC communicate with these persons (prospects and customers).

 

Polancos House Services INC do not do use cold calling or any other cold marketing prospecting method to get customers (all prospects/customers already contact Polancos House Services INC person to person, filling up a form in our website or calling directly - or sending a text message/SMS- to our company phone numbers).

 

If any person interested in our services or customer do no want to receive our communications, just mention the words "STOP" or "UNSUBSCRIBE" or express their wish to not receive any information from our company in the future. Our staff with the instruction will stop to communicate immediately and remove your information from our prospects/customers list database.
